The moment your feet touch the floor in the morning should be soft, not startling. This bedside rug puts a dense, warm plush pile exactly where your feet land, so the first step of the day is a gentle one instead of a cold shock. The fluffiness is the point, thick and forgiving, a small luxury every single morning.

Made for real life too: a non-slip backing keeps it firmly in place, and the whole rug goes straight into the machine when it needs a refresh.

Fakamatalaga puupuu

The alarm goes off, and the first thing your body meets is a cold, hard floor. Dove™ changes that. A dense faux-fur pile, cut in a soft cloud outline that tucks along the curve of the bed, takes your feet as they land, warm and springy where the floor was flat and freezing. Underneath, a sueded non-slip base keeps it where you left it, so the rug never slides on wood or tile. And when it eventually gets a coffee splash or a paw print, it goes straight into the washing machine and comes back lofted.

Tauhiga

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, with no bleach or softener. Dry flat in the air, then shake to lift the pile. Vacuum on low suction between washes.

Mea na Faia Ai

High-density faux-rabbit plush pile on a sueded anti-slip backing, dyed in three quiet colourways, cream, oat and grey, that sit softly against oak floors and linen bedding.

A soft landing each morning

Your feet spend the first seconds of every day here. Dove™ makes those seconds warm, with a dense plush pile where there used to be a cold floor.

Stays where you put it

The sueded base grips hard floors with no rubber or glue, so the rug does not creep into the walkway or bunch up under the bed frame.

Plume™ Plush Bedside Rug — dense springy plush pile, sueded anti-slip base, machine washable

Why Plume

A high-density pile that springs back and does not mat, recovery with a wash and a shake, and a cloud-shaped edge that follows the bed: comfort made for the spot where your day begins.

My feet look for it now

We have polished concrete floors and winter mornings were brutal. This lands my feet somewhere warm before my brain is even on. It hasn't slid once.

Washed it, fluffed back up

Dog decided it was his. Cold gentle cycle, air dried overnight, shook it out — honestly looks new. The oat colour is exactly the tone of our linen duvet.

The shape is smarter than it looks

The wavy edge follows the bed instead of jutting into the walkway, so nobody catches a corner walking past. Softer than the sheepskin it replaced.

Does it slide on hard floors?

No. The underside is a sueded anti-slip base that grips wood, tile and concrete. It stays where you place it, even when you push off as you get out of bed.

Can it go in the washing machine?

Yes: cold water, a gentle cycle and no softener. Dry it flat in the air and shake it out, and the pile lifts again unaided.

Ko ā ona fua?

60 × 120 cm: long enough to run the length of a bedside and deep enough that both feet land on plush and not on the floor.

Does it shed?

A few loose fibres may come away in the first week. That is normal for a dense plush and stops after the first vacuuming or wash.

Which rooms suit it?

The bedside is its home, but the cloud shape also sits well in front of an armchair, a dresser or a nursery rocker, anywhere bare feet land.

Is the backing safe on underfloor heating?

Yes. The base is a thin sueded layer and not rubber, so it does not trap heat or mark warm floors.
